Jordan/Aqaba

Discover the delights of Jordan's Red Sea resort

Diving   sites in Aqaba are located very close to the shore line so both boat and shore diving  access the same sites. The sea is almost invariably calm with temperatures varying between  19/20 C in winter months to 26 C in summer. Visibility averages around 35-40m throughout the area. During plankton blooms, usually April/May, this may diminishto 10-15m but to compensate mid summer visibility can extend beyond 50m.
